To ensure that all guests enjoy a pleasant stay, we ask that you observe the following rules:

General behaviour

– Please treat the furnishings and inventory with care.

– Keep the flat clean and tidy.

– Please report any damage or technical defects to us immediately. 

– Please be considerate of other guests and neighbours.

– Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

– Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas.

– Smoking is permitted on the balcony or in outdoor areas. Please use an ashtray.

Pets

– Pets are not permitted.

Visitors and additional guests

– Use of the accommodation is only permitted for the number of persons booked.

– Additional guests or visitors are only permitted by prior arrangement.

Check-in & check-out

– Check-in from 3 p.m.

– Check-out by 11:00 a.m.

Waste separation

– Waste is separated into: cardboard, PET (plastic bottles) and general waste.

– Appropriate containers are provided in the accommodation.

– You do not need to dispose of the waste yourself. We will dispose of the waste after your stay.
